From the moment you call Comfort Care Dental, our friendly staff will gather as much information as possible to book the appropriate time you need. When you arrive, you’ll be warmly greeted at the reception and given a Medical History Form to complete. It is very important to complete the form as thorough as possible, as it gather important information, allowing us to best manage your dental health. Additionally, please bring a list of medications you are currently taking.
Your dental nurse will then greet you and show you into one of our dental room, introducing you to the dentist where you will have a discussion about any concerns or requirements you have. With the aid of x-rays and intra-oral photographs, and after the Dentist has completed a thorough examination of your teeth, they will then discuss their findings and the alternative treatment options, helping you to make the best decision suitable for you.
What Should I Bring With Me?
Comfort Care Dental is a preferred provider of many health funds and it’s important that each patient bring their current health insurance card with them to every appointment. This allows us to be able to claim on your behalf directly with the health fund at the time of your appointment.
